Profile
Jordan Berkhouse is a litigation associate in the Tulsa office of Conner & Winters. His expertise in litigation primarily involves insurance and liability defense, including professional liability, personal injury, and tort litigation. Jordan handles client matters through the entire litigation lifecycle: from drafting complaints to responding to motions to managing discovery timelines to conducting and defending depositions. Additionally, he has experience with litigation matters relating to medical malpractice, civil rights, and municipal and government liability, including § 1983 and Oklahoma Governmental Tort Claims Act litigation.
In 2024, Jordan was recognized on the Super Lawyers® list of Rising Stars in the area of Oklahoma Civil Litigation. He earned his law degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Prior to attending law school, Jordan earned a Master of Arts degree from Westminster Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Biblical & Religious Studies from Grove City College.
Outside of practicing law, Jordan is active in his local church with his wife Lauren and their two children.
