Woody & Thompson Join the Ranks of Conner & Winters
Tulsa, Oklahoma (January 2, 2024) - Conner & Winters is delighted to announce the additions of C. Russell Woody as Partner and Randie Thompson as Of Counsel.
The additions of Woody and Thompson further strengthen the firm's service to the business community in the areas of employee benefits and commercial litigation.

C. Russell Woody is the newest partner in the firm's Oklahoma City office. Russell is an effective commercial litigator with over 20 years of experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. Attorney Woody litigates a wide variety of civil matters ranging from labor & employment matters to contract disputes to tort and industry claims. A certified mediator himself, Russell also advocates for clients to find alternative paths to dispute resolution outside of litigation. He earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, and has practiced for the last 16 years at a mid-size commercial litigation firm in Oklahoma City.
Randie Thompson joins the firm's employee benefits practice as Of Counsel. With over 20 years of experience representing all types of employers, plan sponsors, and fiduciaries in complex arrangements, she offers clients a robust and unique skillset for ERISA plan design, administration, governance, and compliance. Randie rejoins the firm after managing a successful solo law practice, serving as in-house ERISA counsel for a healthcare technology company, and working as a benefits consultant for a global HR benefits consulting firm.
Both attorneys have joined the firm effective January 2, 2024. Adding these two qualified and experienced attorneys to the commercial litigation and employee benefits practices at Conner & Winters helps further the firm's mission of providing clients comprehensive legal services that are a step above the rest.
