Conner & Winters Strengthens M&A Practice with Robert White Addition in Dallas
Dallas, Texas (August 8, 2023) - Experienced mergers & acquisition attorney Robert White has joined Conner & Winters as Of Counsel in the firm’s Dallas office.
Mr. White brings extensive corporate and transactional legal experience from seven years of experience in AmLaw 50 firms. Mr. White most recently worked with a Dallas corporate boutique, where he represented both buyers and sellers and provided fractional general counsel services to clients in a variety of industries.
At Conner & Winters, Robert will continue to provide outside general counsel services and sell-side representations to his clients, and will also assist the Conner & Winters team with mergers & acquisitions, securities law compliance, commercial transactions, healthcare regulatory compliance and other corporate governance matters.

Mr. White graduated with cum laude honors from the University of Michigan Law School, and also holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University. Before pursuing his legal studies, White had a distinguished career as a police officer and law enforcement consultant.
