Teresa Burkett Named Recipient of 2019 Mona Salyer Lambird Spotlight Award

Teresa Burkett has been named a recipient of a 2019 Mona Salyer Lambird Spotlight Award.  The Oklahoma Bar Association Women in Law Committee presents the awards annually to women who have distinguished themselves in the legal profession and who have lighted the way for other women.  The awards are named to honor 1996 OBA President Mona Salyer Lambird, who died in 1999, the first woman to serve as OBA president and was one of the award’s first recipients.

Teresa’s law practice focuses on meeting the comprehensive legal needs of a wide variety of health care providers.  Additionally, Teresa is a passionate community volunteer, serving many organizations including: Gilcrease Museum, City of Tulsa Park Board, Tulsa Community College Foundation, Oklahoma Academy for State Goals and the Nature Conservancy.
