Conner & Winters Adds Experienced Financial Services Attorney Charles P. Floyd
Conner & Winters, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Charles P. Floyd to its Banking and Finance practice, where he will bring years of experience providing strategic advice to financial institutions in both consumer financial regulatory compliance and litigation. He joins the law firm from Capital One, N.A., where he served as Director and Assistant General Counsel in its Financial Services division.
Mr. Floyd received his J.D. from the University of Chicago, his B.A. in Letters, magna cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma, and grew up in Tulsa. Prior to his time at Capital One, Mr. Floyd spent eight years in regulatory and litigation practice with two major law firms in Dallas, and then served as mortgage litigation in-house counsel at JPMorgan Chase. His practice at Conner & Winters will focus on advising clients on practical solutions and compliance with consumer protection and banking laws, as well as handling litigation matters, supervisory examinations, and regulatory enforcement actions.
