Conner & Winters Welcomes Emily Mizell
Conner & Winters is proud to welcome Emily Mizell as an associate in the firm's Northwest Arkansas office.
Mizell focuses her practice on corporate health care compliance and litigation, as well as complex commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. She has experience litigating in both federal and state courts and has addressed a broad array of issues including Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, antitrust litigation, and various commercial litigation. Mizell also has experience with general civil litigation, health care, and employment matters.
Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Mizell attended the University of Arkansas School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Mizell clerked for several law firms throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma. She also served as a member of the Arkansas Law Review.
