Conner & Winters Named Rising Star by MOSAIC

Conner & Winters has been recognized as a local leader in its commitment to diversity and inclusion. MOSAIC, the diversity business council of the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce, has designated the firm as a “Rising Star” in its 2017 Regional Inclusion Report. MOSAIC has published the report annually since 2015, and this year marks Conner & Winters’ second straight appearance. The report identifies top inclusive workplace cultures based on an evaluation of five key pillars: CEO Commitment, Diverse People, Community Outreach, Internal Policy, and Diverse Suppliers. The firm’s diversity program includes a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and supporting diversity initiatives in the communities we serve.
