Profile
Courtney Coretz is an associate in the Tulsa office of Conner & Winters, where she handles wills, trusts, estates, and non-profit matters for a variety of clients. Her practice includes assisting individuals and families maximize their community impact from charitable planning and giving. She assists clients with a variety of matters related to preparing complex wills, administering trusts, and representing clients through the probate process. She is passionate about helping not-for-profit entities and closely-held family companies with the legal aspects of formation, governance, and indemnification matters.
Courtney earned her law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she received the Order of the Curule Chair as a top honors graduate. She was recognized for her legal writing abilities as a recipient of the George and Jean Price Award for Excellence in Legal Writing. She also received the Oklahoma Bar Association's Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Award.
Before attending law school, Courtney was a corps member with Teach for America and spent two years teaching 8th grade in Dallas. She earned her Master's degree in Education from Southern Methodist University and her Bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs in University of Virginia.
