Three New Associates Join Conner & Winters in Oklahoma
Tulsa, Okla. (September 2, 2025) – Conner & Winters announces three new additions to the firm's Oklahoma offices: Riley Martin joins as an associate in Oklahoma City and associates Luke Ratzloff and Michael Albright join the Tulsa office. These talented associates recently earned their juris doctorate degrees at prestigious law schools outside the state, but they all have roots in Oklahoma. We're excited to have Michael, Riley, and Luke contribute to our firm's mission of providing clients service that's a step above the rest.

Michael Albright

Michael graduated Notre Dame Law School with cum laude honors in the spring of 2025. While in law school, Michael worked on NCAA compliance and NIL issues as an extern for the university's athletics department. He also served as the Managing Notes Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation. In the summer of 2024, Michael was a 2L summer associate at Conner & Winters. |
Prior to law school, Michael earned both his bachelor's and master's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. As an undergraduate student, Michael served as the 92nd Pistol Pete mascot, making hundreds of public appearances donning the 45-pound oversized mascot head.
Michael joins the firm as an associate in the Tulsa office, and he will be primarily working on a range of commercial litigation matters.
Riley Martin

Riley earned her law degree in the spring of 2025 as a cum laude graduate of Tulane University Law School. While in law school, Riley worked as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review, a student attorney with the Tulane Juvenile Justice Clinic, and a law clerk with the Tulane University Legal Assistance Program. In the summer of 2024, Riley was a 2L summer associate at Conner & Winters. |
Before attending law school, Riley earned a bachelor's degree in Forensic Science, magna cum laude from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
Riley will practice commercial litigation and banking & finance matters out of the firm's Oklahoma City office.
Luke Ratzlaff

Luke earned his juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law in the spring of 2025. During the fall semester of his 3L year, he studied abroad at Shanghai Jiaotong University in China. While completing his legal studies, Luke worked part-time as a law clerk at a boutique firm. In the summer of 2024, Luke was a 2L summer associate at Conner & Winters. |
Before attending law school, Luke earned his bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Kansas, where he was involved with the Sigma Nu fraternity and the KU Student Senate.
Luke will be handling corporate, securities, and transactions for clients in a variety of industries working out of the Tulsa office.
