Profile
Riley Martin is an associate in the Oklahoma City office of Conner & Winters who practices in the Commercial Finance practice group. She works on a wide variety of matters involving banking and finance, loan documentation, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Riley earned her juris doctorate degree as a cum laude graduate of Tulane University School of Law. While at Tulane, she served as a managing editor for the Tulane Law Review. She gained practical experience working as a student attorney in the Tulane Juvenile Justice Clinic, where she represented New Orleans minors in juvenile delinquency cases. Riley also worked as a law clerk with the Tulane University Legal Assistance Program, providing free legal service to members of the Tulane community. As a 2L law student, Riley was a summer associate at Conner & Winters.
Before attending law school, Riley completed two bachelor's degree programs. She earned her bachelor's in Psychology with distinction from the University of Oklahoma and her bachelor's in Forensic Science magna cum laude from the University of Central Oklahoma.
