Profile

Luke Ratzlaff is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group at Conner & Winters. Working in the Tulsa office, Luke handles a range of transactional matters for clients across many industries, including energy, real estate, and health care. His practice involves reviewing and drafting a variety of agreements, marshaling transactions through various stages, conducting legal research, forming entities, and managing corporate governance and documentation responsibilities. 

Luke earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law. He spent the fall semester of his third year studying abroad at Shanghai Jiaotong University in China. While completing his legal studies, he worked part-time as a law clerk at a boutique firm. Prior to attending law school, Luke graduated with honors from the University of Kansas, where he earned his bachelor's degree in strategic communications and business from the University of Kansas and held numerous leadership roles, including serving as Representative in the KU Student Senate, Associate Director for Rock Chalk Revue, and Treasurer for the Sigma Nu fraternity.
