Jared Giddens is a unique combination of seasoned business litigator and accomplished transactional attorney whose practice spans a wide range of industries including banking, energy, construction and transportation.  He has been lead counsel in diverse matters ranging from business bankruptcies to collective action wage & hour cases to complex real estate finance deals.  Local, regional and national business leaders and financial institutions rely on his expert guidance in crisis management, product development, lending practices and other core issues.  In addition, as a former CPA, Jared understands his client’s objectives and the need for solutions that enhance the bottom line.
