Kerri Kobbeman Accepted to Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel

Fayetteville, Ark. (September 16, 2025) - Northwest Arkansas partner Kerri Kobbeman has been accepted into the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), an elite, invitation-only legal association comprised of civil defense litigators, corporate counsel, and insurance claims executives.

The FDCC was founded in 1936 and seeks to be the preeminent professional trade association of vetted defense and corporate counsel. Each of the organization's 1,500 members was selected for being "over and above" the standards of legal excellence. Kerri was accepted to FDCC following a rigorous, multi-stage vetting process. After being nominated by two current FDCC members, the selection committee interviewed colleagues, judges, and opposing counsel to collect information about her professional abilities and personal character. Now as an admitted member of FDCC, Kerri will enjoy access to a host of resources and events that are focused on promoting knowledge share and developing relationships within the industry. 

In her career spanning 20 years, Kerri has developed a robust employment and litigation practice representing regional and national clients in the transportation, food processing, insurance, and healthcare industries. She primarily handles labor & employment disputes, including defending employers in Federal Court against wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and misclassification claims. Kerri also assists clients in a variety of business, insurance, and administrative matters. 

Kerri serves on the Board of Trustees for McPherson College and the Board of Directors for Conner & Winters. She is actively involved with the University of Arkansas School of Law and the Entrepreneurial Law Project, where she has been a featured speaker on panels and a judge for trial competitions. Kerri has been recognized on the list of The Best Lawyers in America® since 2018, and she is a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel.
