Profile

Taylor Farr is a litigation and transactional attorney who practices in the Northwest Arkansas office of Conner & Winters. He primarily represents clients in matters of securities regulation and compliance, corporate and securities law, and general commercial litigation. Taylor works closely with his clients to understand their needs, capitalize on opportunities, and minimize risks as much as possible. He is committed to helping his clients succeed by providing highly responsive and insightful counsel. 

Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Taylor clerked for the Honorable Bobby E. Shepherd at the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his law degree as a distinguished graduate from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Taylor graduated at the top of his class in 2020, earning summa cum laude recognition as well as the coveted Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. In law school, he was the Executive Editor of the Arkansas Law Review, and earned the James H. McKenzie Award for Professional Responsibility and Ethics.
