Matthew Peace is an associate attorney at Conner & Winters who handles a broad range of matters related to corporate governance, litigation, securities, banking, and finance. Attorney Peace also represents clients involved in real estate transactions and in the preparation of wills, trusts, and estates. Matt is passionate about providing the highest level of service to his clients, ensuring their needs are met with diligent, professional, and effective advocacy. 

Matt earned his J.D. with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was recognized on the Dean's Honor Roll. Prior to law school, he completed his Bachelor’s of Business Administration also at the University of Oklahoma.
