Mr. Isbell practices in the litigation group with emphasis in the areas of general business litigation, insurance coverage and defense. Mr. Isbell has represented individuals and corporate clients in a variety of industries including propane and natural gas, asbestos, insurance, health and human services, banking and finance, energy, and construction. He has extensive experience providing hands-on management of all aspects of civil litigation and has successfully litigated numerous cases in state and federal court as well as private arbitrations.

In the area of tort law, Mr. Isbell has handled cases in a variety of contexts including negligence and product liability; premises liability; insurance bad faith; general personal injury; and wrongful death. Mr. Isbell’s commercial and contract practice includes representation of insurance companies and businesses in insurance policy coverage matters, representation of banks and other businesses in commercial litigation matters, representation of individuals and businesses in general contract and commercial matters, and representation of corporate and non-profit taxpayers in ad valorem tax matters and appeals.

Mr. Isbell is actively involved in advocating for Oklahomans with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He has served on the Board of Directors for The Arc of Oklahoma since 2021 and currently serves on the Board as President Elect. Mr. Isbell has previously volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma and with Tulsa Youth Services.
