Profile

Hayden Gore is an associate in the Fayetteville office of Conner & Winters, where he practices in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate & securities, and mergers & acquisitions law. He assists clients with a wide range of corporate and litigation matters, including compliance, deal execution, corporate governance, and strategy. Hayden is experienced with identifying risks in complex transactions, drafting due diligence memoranda, and otherwise supporting deal execution and underwriting processes, as well as handling all stages of litigation, including drafting motions and responses, managing the discovery process and negotiating with opposing counsel.

Hayden has been active with mentoring aspiring lawyers and young law students at his alma mater. He participates in Doc Talks at the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he teaches sessions on the fundamentals of business and corporate law documentation for law students interested in business transactions. He serves as a mentor for prospective law students through the University of Arkansas SPPARK Pre-Law program, and in 2024, he was the commencement speaker for graduates of the program. 

A distinguished graduate from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Hayden earned his law degree with magna cum laude honors. While in law school, he completed a compliance externship with Walmart and he worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Doug Schrantz in the Arkansas Judicial Circuit Sixth Division. Prior to attending law school, Hayden earned his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. 

Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Hayden worked at two other prestigious law firms in Arkansas.
