Paige N. Shelton Accepted to Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel
Tulsa, Okla. (May 11, 2026) - Tulsa partner Paige N. Shelton has been approved as a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), an invite-only legal association featuring the industry's premier civil defense litigators, corporate counsel, and insurance claims executives.

Founded in 1936, the FDCC seeks to be the preeminent professional trade association of vetted defense and corporate counsel. The Federation's roster includes 1,500 members, each of whom were selected for being "over and above" the standards of legal excellence. Paige was accepted to FDCC following a rigorous, multi-stage vetting process, that included a nomination phase by two current FDCC members and then a screening phase by a selection committee, who interviewed colleagues, judges, and opposing counsel to collect information about her professional abilities and personal character. Now as an admitted member of FDCC, Paige will enjoy access to a host of resources and events that are focused on promoting knowledge share and developing relationships within the industry.
A commercial litigator with over 20 years of experience, Paige defends clients in a range of commercial, contract, and tort litigation matters. Her practice involves managing a large volume of cases brought against national insurers and their insureds, in both state and federal courts. She defends clients against claims of negligence, products liability, breach of contract, bad faith, fraud, professional negligence, and wrongful death.
Distinguished among her litigation peers, Paige has been included among The Best Lawyers in America® since 2019 and has been recognized on the list of Oklahoma Super Lawyers® since 2021. She is active in the Tulsa community, serving as a Board Member of Iron Gate, a local soup kitchen and food pantry, and participating in the Leadership Tulsa (Class 42) program through the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce. Paige is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She earned her law degree with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University.
