Elise, John, Rich, and Scott were selected to the AAA National Roster of Arbitrators by successfully undergoing a rigorous selection process that involved a personal letter, a resume, an interview with the AAA panel, and three recommendation letters written on their behalf by distinguished professionals in their field. Once selected to the roster, panelists are bound by the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and neutrality. 

Disputes administered by the AAA typically arise out of contractual agreements and cover a wide range of industries and areas such as Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, Franchise, Energy, Employment, Construction and numerous others.
