As an experienced transactional attorney, Rich Marshall focuses a majority of his practice on real estate, banking, and finance. He is licensed as an attorney and real estate broker in Texas and Oklahoma, with an active practice in both states. For more than 25 years, Rich has represented financial institutions, real estate developers, property management companies, brokers, landlords, tenants, and sophisticated real estate investors, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to closely-held family businesses. Clients value his practical and solutions-oriented approach.

Rich earned a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1995 and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in English in 1992. Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Rich practiced at international law firms.
