Rachel Lenehan has extensive experience assisting clients in developing comprehensive estate plans to maximize estate tax savings and provide efficient means for transferring wealth to future generations.  Rachel focuses on understanding her clients’ goals, both tax and non-tax related, and designing creative plans to achieve those goals. Rachel has had the privilege of representing several generations of families, and she values those enduring relationships that involve multiple layers of trusts, one or more charitable foundations, and numerous business activities and interests. Although much of her practice is focused on sophisticated planning for professionals and high net-worth families, she is also sensitive to and experienced with the family and personal issues that are important to all her clients.

Rachel drafts estate planning documents and assists clients in planning for both large and small estates, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, premarital agreements, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, charitable organizations, and various other estate planning techniques; family wealth planning and preservation; administering trusts and estates of decedents; and assisting clients with the establishment of tax-exempt organizations, including private foundations, charitable trusts.

In her spare time, Rachel is heavily involved in the community by serving as a member on the Development Committee at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma and on the Board of the Tulsa Foundation. Rachel is also active in her church, Boston Avenue United Methodist Church, and her children’s school, Monte Cassino.

Rachel received her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2002. Rachel is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
