Rachel Lenehan’s primary practice involves the representation of clients in estate administration and planning, tax matters, and business transactions. She has provided counsel to individuals and families with complex estate planning needs and has prepared the necessary documents to accomplish their goals including wills, revocable and irrevocable gifting, insurance and special needs trusts, limited liability companies, family limited partnerships, S-corporations, qualified plan beneficiary designation arrangements, intra-family loans and sales to grantor trusts. Many of Ms. Lenehan’s clients have been families with privately held companies and so she has regularly advised clients on succession planning including buy-sell agreements and making gifts and sales of those entities.

Ms. Lenehan received her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2002. Ms. Lenehan is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association.
