Philip Racusin has over 10 years of legal experience and his practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, business formation and contracts, commercial transactions, as well as business advisory and counseling services. He has extensive experience helping businesses in industries including tech and internet, construction, transportation, oil and gas/energy, blockchain/crypto, consumer services, real estate and employment law.
In his years of practice, Racusin has helped clients defend against, and prosecute, claims in a variety of areas, as well as identify and improve practices and procedures within their organizations that could possibly lead to outsized exposure. A founder and business owner for more than a decade, Racusin understands the unique challenges, risks and opportunities that small and medium-sized businesses face in multiple areas, including their structure, litigation and risk management, and operations. He draws on this experience when advising and representing business clients on general legal issues, corporate matters, and negotiations.
Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Racusin served as an attorney, and later as a shareholder for 13 years at a Houston based law firm. Racusin earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
