Peter Paul Otis is a litigation attorney at Conner & Winters, focusing primarily on commercial matters. He handles a variety of client matters related to all stages of litigation, including filing and responding to complaints, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, conducting pre-trial negotiations, and developing litigation strategy. Peter also practices in the area of entertainment law, including contracts, talent agreements, and publicity rights.

Mr. Otis received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the OUTLaw and Native American Law student associations. While at Georgetown, Peter received the CALI Award in Federal Indian Law and earned a Certificate in Transnational Legal Studies in a joint program with King's College London. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre, with minors in Dance and Vocal Performance

Prior to attending law school, Peter had a robust musical theatre career that involved touring nationally and internationally in Broadway musicals. Locally, he performed in productions in and around Tulsa for over two decades and developed a sizable body of creative work, choreographing and directing for local arts organizations such as Theatre Tulsa, Tulsa Opera, and the University of Tulsa. Peter previously served as the Education and Outreach Director for Theatre Tulsa and was a Visiting Instructor of Theatre & Dance at the University of Tulsa.
