Jay McCain practiced law with Conner & Winters in the Tulsa office for over 39 years. He served for seven years as President of the firm before retiring in 2007. Mr. McCain moved to Dallas in June 2009 and is now Of Counsel with the firm's Dallas office. Mr. McCain's practice has been concentrated in the areas of commercial real estate, oil and gas and banking. His areas of expertise include acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of real estate and oil and gas properties, finance and lending, as well as foreclosures and workouts. Clients represented by Mr. McCain have included companies, both public and private, engaged in the retail, real estate development, energy, banking, manufacturing and service industries.
