Hillary E. Cinocca practices in the area of employee benefits. Prior to joining Conner & Winters, Hillary served for thirteen years as in-house corporate legal counsel for The Williams Companies, Inc. (“Williams”). During her time at Williams, she provided counsel to the human resources and benefits departments related to employee benefits, ERISA, and executive compensation matters. Her responsibilities included drafting plan documents and communications, reviewing and negotiating various contracts, trustee agreements, and insurance policies related to benefit plans and policies, as well as providing guidance on fiduciary and settlor issues to the company and its various benefit plan committees. Hillary graduated as the top student from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1998.
