Profile

Ethan Ellis focuses his practice on civil litigation and arbitration. He assists clients in both drafting and enforcing arbitration agreements. Ethan represents companies and individuals in contract disputes, non-competition agreements, breaches of fiduciary duty, and insurance coverage cases.

As a member of the firm’s Health Care group, Ethan has experience in assisting healthcare providers with federal and state regulatory compliance, as well as enforcing arbitration agreements in long-term care and nursing home professional liability and negligence cases.

Additionally, Ethan litigates trust disputes. He has represented both trustees and beneficiaries in lawsuits regarding the proper management and administration of trust assets and the interpretation of trust documents. Ethan also practices in construction and real estate litigation and arbitration.

Ethan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he served as Note & Comment Editor to the Arkansas Law Review and Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. Before law school, Ethan graduated magna cum laude from Arkansas State University with a degree in English. During his time at Arkansas State, Ethan participated in an Honors College study abroad program that studied the Allies’ liberation of Europe from German occupation during World War II, which culminated in a two-week tour of these locations across Western Europe.
