Rick Funk has practiced in the area of general civil litigation for over 30 years. He has tried numerous complex cases in both state and federal courts throughout the Midwest. Mr. Funk’s experience in litigation matters includes trials of antitrust matters, merger break-up disputes, patent infringement litigation, employment litigation, products liability, construction disputes, defense of tort claims, and breach of contract claims.
Mr. Funk also engages in appellate work on both the state and federal level. Clients represented by him have included major companies in the energy, retail, manufacturing and construction industries.
