Overview

Our healthcare attorneys provide governance counsel to boards of directors, senior management, general counsel and others who manage the business affairs of healthcare providers.  A multitude of government and private entities are now heavily scrutinizing healthcare boards and their members.  Our attorneys are client advisers to attempt to prevent compliance issues from occurring and providing guidance and judgment when problems arise in the following ways:
