Profile

Mary Huckabee focuses her practice on transactional business law, including real estate transactions, zoning and planning advocacy, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling for publicly and privately held companies. Ms. Huckabee has represented developers, national retailers, entrepreneurs, individuals, banks, tribes, and non-profits spanning many industries, such as healthcare, oil and gas, construction, casinos and gaming, and commercial real estate development. She brings a multidisciplinary legal background to her transactional practice with experience in litigation, employee benefits, and American Indian law.

Ms. Huckabee completed a federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable James H. Payne, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

She was recognized as the overall outstanding graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law Class of 2012, receiving the Joel Jankowsky Award. She also served as the Editor-in-Chief of American Indian Law Review.

Ms. Huckabee graduated from Columbia University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science.
