Chris Warzecha practices with the firm’s litigation group in the areas of civil, business and appellate litigation, with a particular focus on disputes arising out of commercial and residential construction projects. Mr. Warzecha has represented clients in a variety of industries, including banking, construction, energy, health care, insurance, manufacturing, media, and transportation. His experience includes trial practice in state and federal courts on matters including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, fraud, lien foreclosure, negligence, unjust enrichment, and wrongful death.

Mr. Warzecha earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Arkansas Law Review. Mr. Warzecha is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Tulsa County Bar Association.
