William A. “Bill” Worthington is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer with an emphasis in commercial and product-­related litigation. He comes to Conner & Winters from the Houston office of Strasburger & Price, LLP. Worthington has managed a variety of legal cases involving: the purchase and sale of businesses, phantom equity provisions in executive management employment contracts, trademarks and patents, dealer­-related litigation, disputes among owners of businesses, valuations of business enterprises, breaches of warranty, multi-­party medical device liability actions, and multi-plaintiff cases alleging fraud in the delivery of health care services, as well as routine breach of contract, business disputes, and product liability cases. Worthington is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
