William G. von Glahn

As a member of the New York and Oklahoma bars, Bill von Glahn has practiced in the area of general corporate matters, corporate legal practice, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution for 30 years.  He has represented companies in public offerings and private placements of various forms of equity and debt, lease financing, commercial bank financings and other forms of financings.  The issuers represented have included corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other entities.  He has worked with many national commercial and investment banking firms and their counsel.  Mr. von Glahn’s M&A experience has included major business combinations of public and private companies.  Domestic and foreign clients represented by Mr. von Glahn have included companies in the energy, retail, manufacturing, communications, service and other businesses.
