Vicki BronsonPartnerVicki Bronson is involved in both commercial and tort litigation, and has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Ms. Bronson has been involved in many different types of commercial cases, including general contract litigation as well as the firm’s representation of a major poultry company client in a case involving misappropriation of trade secrets which resulted in a $20 million verdict in favor of the client. In addition, over the last decade she has also been involved in the representation of corporate clients in the defense of environmental litigation under CERCLA and RCRA statutes as well as state law environmental tort claims. Ms. Bronson’s real estate practice includes assisting lending institutions with document drafting and review, handling foreclosure actions, as well as representing clients involved in major land development projects. She also engages in civil appellate work. Ms. Bronson also offers her services as a mediator and arbitrator. She received extensive training and certification from Pepperdine University School of Law Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. Ms. Bronson has participated in many mediations and arbitrations. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Bronson spent 10 years employed as an Escrow Officer for title insurance companies and was responsible for closing hundreds of real estate transactions each year, both residential and commercial. |
