P. Scott HathawayPartnerScott Hathaway’s practice is focused primarily in the construction law area in both litigation and non-litigation matters. He represents clients in a number of industry categories including construction, energy and manufacturing. Mr. Hathaway has particular expertise representing major construction companies on a broad range of issues. He has also counseled and represented various owner-developers (private and governmental), architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and equipment and material suppliers on matters ranging from contract preparation and negotiation to claims and litigation. In addition, Mr. Hathaway also practices in the area of labor and employment law, assisting employers on a variety of complex matters. Mr. Hathaway frequently serves as a neutral mediator in construction disputes and construction litigation matters. Mr. Hathaway earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 1986, and his juris doctor degree from Southern Methodist University in 1989. He is a member of the Tulsa County, the Oklahoma and the American Bar Associations. Mr. Hathaway is Vice Chairman of the Oklahoma Chapter of the National MS Society, and donates his time to the Tulsa Boy’s Home. |
