Brad Bendure practices in the litigation group with emphasis in the areas of labor and employment, transportation and logistics, construction and insurance defense.  Mr. Bendure has represented clients in a variety of industries, including agriculture, petroleum, manufacturing, telecommunications and transportation.  His experience includes trial practice in both state and federal courts on matters including claims for negligence, products liability, wrongful death, breach of contract, breach of warranty and fraud.  Mr. Bendure devotes a substantial amount of his practice to representing management in labor and employment matters, including collective bargaining, litigation of unfair labor practices, grievance arbitrations, employment discrimination and retaliation litigation, and wage and hour disputes.
