Katy Day Inhofe practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, antitrust compliance, securities regulation and general corporate matters.  She has experience representing both buyers and sellers in public and private equity and asset transactions ranging from $100,000 to more than $4 billion.  In connection with her merger and acquisition practice, Ms. Inhofe advises and assists clients regarding compliance with pre-transaction filing requirements under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.  She has counseled companies in public debt and equity offerings, private placements, direct participation programs, commercial bank financings and various commercial contract matters.

Ms. Inhofe regularly advises and assists clients with regard to State Blue Sky securities law regulation and compliance.  She has represented clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, hospitality, energy, service and publishing.  Ms. Inhofe serves as President of the Board of Directors of Homelife Association.
