Kathryn Burnett is a litigation associate practicing primarily in the areas of health care and employment law.  She works with clients on a variety of issues, including physician employment, practice group agreements, and vendor contract negotiations.  Ms. Burnett also counsels clients on issues of compliance with Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, fraud and abuse, peer review, and credentialing.
