Justin L. Pybas

Justin Pybas represents financial institutions and corporate clients in a variety of commercial lending, real estate transactional, general corporate and business transactional matters.  His broad experience includes involvement in commercial property acquisitions, complex commercial financing transactions involving both real estate and personal property, and multi-million dollar inter-bank participation financing.  He also represents financial institutions in all stages of commercial loan foreclosure litigation.

Mr. Pybas attended the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law and graduated with distinction in 2006.  While at the University of Oklahoma, Justin was a William T. Comfort Scholar and was awarded the Frank C. Love Memorial Award for excellence in legal writing.  He was named to Who’s Who: American Law Students in 2004 and is the author of “Native Hawaiians: The Issue of Federal Recognition. “ 20 Am. Indian L. Rev. 184 (2005).
