Julia Forrester-Sellers is an experienced trial lawyer and represents clients primarily in construction, commercial, appellate and insurance coverage litigation.  She also handles litigation matters for non-profit organizations as well as litigation for trust and estate clients.

Ms. Forrester-Sellers works in a variety of industry sectors including construction, rental car and health care.  Within these areas she has handled cases involving contract negotiations with companies and individuals, service agreement disputes, negligence and wrongful death actions.  Ms. Forrester-Sellers work in the rental car industry includes recently litigating a landmark case in California to a favorable verdict.  She has also defended personal injury suits, as well as provided coverage advice to a major rental excess liability insurer with insurance coverage issues across the nation.
