Jeff Schoborg has practiced as a litigator since 1984 and has been engaged in a workers compensation defense practice since 1988.  In addition to Workers Compensation defense, he devotes a large percentage of his practice to counseling and defending management on various employment related issues including, but not limited to, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and workers compensation retaliation claims. As Mr. Schoborg advocates that all employers integrate their workers compensation claims review process into their Human Resource departments in order to avoid potential retaliation claims, he frequently conducts in-house seminars on this and other timely topics.
