Mr. Isbell practices in the litigation group with emphasis in the areas of general business litigation, insurance coverage, and insurance defense.  Mr. Isbell has represented clients in a variety of industries, including banking, petroleum, insurance, and manufacturing. His experience includes trial practice in both state and federal courts on matters including claims for negligence, products liability, wrongful death, breach of contract, breach of warranty and fraud. Mr. Isbell devotes a substantial amount of his practice to representing financial institutions in consumer lending disputes.
