Henry G. WillPartnerHenry Will has practiced in the areas of Estate Planning and Exempt Organizations for over 45 years. In estate planning he specializes in complex estate plans of all sizes and has represented individual and family clients with large estates, businesses, special needs and complex situations throughout the United States. In this representation he has prepared and helped implement many revocable trusts, family partnerships and limited liability companies, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, qualified plan beneficiary designation arrangements, grantor retained annuity trusts, intra-family loans and sales to grantor trusts among other planning vehicles. Mr. Will has represented his clients not only in planning but also through Internal Revenue Service audits in connection with family CPAs and financial advisors. With respect to exempt organizations, Mr. Will has worked for over 40 years with private family foundations, public charities and major, international tax exempt organizations located in Tulsa and other cities in the United States. He has assisted such organizations in obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status with representation before the IRS, and in advising and preparing legal documents for their governance and regular operations that require knowledge of tax laws and regulations and other relevant laws. Mr. Will’s clients include several charitable and tax exempt organizations with donors and activities located throughout the United States and abroad.
