Gentra Sorem has practiced for nearly 25 years in all areas of real estate, banking and finance, including commercial leasing, real property acquisition and development, commercial lending, real estate finance, energy lending, asset-based lending (including credit card receivable securitization), structured credit and loan workouts.  Ms. Sorem has represented all aspects and view points in the financial and real estate markets (both lenders and borrowers, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants).   Ms. Sorem regularly advises financial institutions on regulatory and compliance issues.  She also is experienced in all aspects of consumer credit, including Truth-In-Lending, Fair Debt Collection, Fair Credit Reporting, fair lending, residential mortgage lending and credit cards.   Ms. Sorem is listed in Oklahoma Super Lawyers (Banking, Real Estate and top 25 women lawyers in Oklahoma).
