Gary Betow has practiced for nearly 30 years in all areas of banking and finance, including commercial lending, real estate finance, energy lending, healthcare financing, tax-exempt financing, asset-based lending, structured credit and loan workouts. While he primarily represents national and locally-based lenders, he also has considerable experience in representing companies as borrower’s counsel. Mr. Betow regularly advises financial institutions on regulatory and compliance issues. He is also experienced in all aspects of consumer credit, including Truth-In-Lending, Fair Debt Collection, Fair Credit Reporting, fair lending, residential mortgage lending and credit cards, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Oklahoma Commission on Consumer Credit.
