David Randolph practices in the corporate group with particular emphasis in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation.  In his banking practice, Mr. Randolph has represented both national and local lenders on credit agreements, loan agreements and other types of financings.  Mr. Randolph’s M&A experience includes both public and private companies, ranging in scope from local to international.  In addition, he practices general corporate work for entities of all sizes.  Clients represented by Mr. Randolph have included companies in the energy, manufacturing, airline, engineering, health care, construction, car rental, transportation, financial services and other industries.
