Curtis C. Graves has over nine years of experience in litigation in both state and federal courts.  He has a broad range of litigation experience defending and prosecuting claims in commercial lending disputes, class actions involving insurance fraud, product liability and wrongful death claims, technology and intellectual property cases, discrimination cases, shareholder oppression claims, business torts, breach of contract, and construction and surety disputes.  Mr. Graves began his legal career as a federal law clerk.


Mr. Graves earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Prairie View A&M University in 1993.  He earned a Juris Doctor degree graduating magna cum laude from Texas Southern University in 1997.  Mr. Graves is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association.
