Bruce W. Freeman

Bruce Freeman has been practicing civil business litigation since 1984. He has represented a variety of private and public companies, as well as individuals, in the state courts of Oklahoma and the federal courts of Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas, at both the trial and appellate levels. Those disputes have included antitrust matters and defense of class actions. Mr. Freeman has represented clients in the oil and gas, tobacco and poultry industries. He is a member of the Federalist Society and an active member of the Tenth Circuit Conference.

Mr. Freeman has presented continuing legal education programs to the local bar association about electronic discovery and other civil procedure subjects.
